BREAKING: A major contributor of the Tennessee Vols delivers an explosive pitch via the NCAA transfer portal to high school players and recruits…

Tennessee Vols RHP On Wednesday, players and recruiters received a message via the NCAA transfer portal from Drew Beam.

The native of Tennessee praised Vols head baseball coach Tony Vitello on Twitter and X.com.

“If you’re a guy in the transfer portal or a high school athlete, there’s no better man to play for than him! “This man would go to war for us and gives his all for his guys,” Beam tweeted. “Ask every player you’ve ever worked with. “Go Vols, baby!”

Knowing that multiple Vols are anticipated to be taken in the 2024 MLB Draft the following month, Tennessee will undoubtedly need to add a few transfer players.

Important players including Beam, Christian Moore, Billy Amick, and Blake Burke will not be in Knoxville the next season as they wish to pursue professional careers.

Luckily for the Vols, the transfer portal should have a ton of talent available (a lot of Texas A&M players, for instance, entered the portal on Wednesday after head coach Jim Schlossnagle left the Aggies to take a position at Texas).

For any athlete thinking about transferring to Tennessee, Beam’s message should be a strong motivator.
